We do not discriminate against our employees in hiring, remuneration, promotion or termination practices, based on, but not limited to race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, disability, age, political opinion.
Miyoshi Kasei Group workers must not engage in any kind of physical, verbal, psychological or sexual abuse or misconduct. Miyoshi Kasei Group is committed to provide a healthy, fair and amicable working environment.

We set up “Hotline” for possible illegal, non-compliance acts, sexual/power harassment, etc. in workplace. Also we have a system to protect whistleblowers from disadvantages, in consultation with an external lawyer to promptly and fairly cope with the whistleblowing.

Miyoshi Suzhou, our 100% subsidiary in China, aquired certification of SA8000 in 2012, international certification which focuses on human rights.

The Miyoshi Kasei Group is a member of RSPO, which was established in 2004 with the objective of promoting the growth and use of sustainable palm oil products through global standards and engagement of stakeholders, amidst increasing global attentions on the issues of tropical forest destruction through the development of oil palm plantations and the labor exploitation such as forced and child labor of local residents and farm workers in producing countries.

Miyoshi Kasei, Miyoshi America and Miyoshi Europe have acquired RSPO supply chain certification.

As a member of Responsible Mica Initiative which is a cross industry platform aiming to resolve issues involving child labor in the mining of mica in India, Miyoshi Kasei Group is joining in international efforts to ensure sustainable procurement of Mica.
