Reducing Environmental Impact through Energy Efficiency
We promote the introduction of environmentally friendly equipment when upgrading our production facilities. In addition, we share monthly data on electricity consumption and CO₂ emissions across the company to raise employee awareness of energy conservation and support the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions.

Participation in Saitama Prefecture ESG Initiatives
We provide opportunities for employees who wish to continue working after retirement, allowing them to utilize their experience and expertise.In recognition of these efforts, we were certified as a “Saitama Prefecture Senior Empowerment Promotion Company” in 2016. We have also introduced flexible working arrangements, including remote work and shorter working hours, and were recognized by Saitama Prefecture in 2018 as a company that “practices diverse working styles by creating a workplace environment where both men and women can work with enthusiasm”. Furthermore, we participate in the Saitama SDGs initiatives and actively contribute to addressing environmental challenges.

Safe and Healthy Workplace
We conduct regular health checkups and stress assessments to support the well-being of our employees. We also carry out company-wide disaster preparedness drills twice a year and continuously improve our response measures. In addition, AED training is provided on a regular basis to enhance emergency preparedness.
